Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to individuals who either purchase a Show Board during April or May or submit an entry by emailing the following information to CSDboardz@GMAIL.COM: full name, mailing address, city, state, and ZIP code.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Car Show Depot, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers (collectively “Employees”), as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Limit one entry per person.

Agreement to Rules:

 By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of CAR SHOW DEPOT as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway

 Entries will be accepted online starting on Starting  April 1st thru May31st, 2026  All online entries must be received by May 31st.

Item Description

The XL Motorcycle Sissy Bar Backpack  It features a padded laptop sleeve, multiple compartments, a separate shoe compartment, and hook and loop ties for secure attachment to the motorcycle. It can also be carried as a regular backpack when off the bike.

Winners

All winners will have to sign a liability and publicity releases. The publicity release allows Car Show Depot Inc. to use, display, and publish a winner's identity, including their name and photo, in promotional materials related to the giveaway. This must be signed before item/s are shipped to winner.  The WINNER has 7 days to claim prized from the date the Car Show Depot makes post that a winner has been selected.

Prize is as described below and there is no cash value,  if you are selected as the winner you are liable for any and all taxes related to their prize.

Disputes:

THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA and the state of California, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [your state/province] having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
